CDOL Callings - Does the set apart flag need to be set before added

I added some leadership callings to MLS that aren't showing up in CDOL.
Both people called have not yet been set apart.
Will they appear in CDOL, if the "set apart" flag is still "No", or will I have to
update the set apart flag for them to be listed in CDOL ?
