Leadership Permissions Visibility for Ward Council Leaders (timeline?)

The big question is when will other Ward Council members have access to MLS information via LDS.org? My wife is currently the RS president and is asked non-stop "Who are my Home Teachers?" in addition, i have the opportunity of pulling all the RS data 1/month for her presidency to review. Having it all available online would be a huge help.

Any updates on this functionality?

The church rarely give time lines. It will appear when it's ready.
