Can't find access to Member Focus

Can a Ward Clerk access Member Focus. According to the help page it is in the Resource pull down menu of the Leader Services section but I can't see it. Unfortunately I am the most computer literate at bishopric meeting and want to start using my laptop to introduce the others to the new features of LDS.org but I am still finding my way around the new updates.
Also, when an individuals is entered into Member Focus by the bishop, can the the entry be tracked by other members of the bishopric?
