Using Chrome: Is anyone else having this problem, when going to LCR the finance page will not load. Can leave it open for 5 minutes and nothing. Then I go use Microsoft Edge and it loads right up.

There appears to have been a problem opening the LCR finance page on the same tab when the LCR finance link was clicked on both Chrome and Firefox. I was able to get the LCR finance page to open by right-clicking the Finance link and have it open in another tab. Just an hour ago the link opened the page in the same tab once again on Chrome and Firefox.
