Access for Stake Auxiliary Presidency
Can a stake young women president see class presidencies in LCR for each of the wards or branches within her stake, other than the ward in which she lives?

Probably not. At least not though LCR/Member Tools or other IT systems. Her role is to train the ward leaders, not to supervise them or to be responsible for the individual members. That rests with the bishopric.

For special situations, and with the permission of the stake presidency, the stake clerk can run that off.
