when I type the member's name into the blank space it will not let me go any further. And there is no room for any more data entry..what gives?

When you type in the member name and nothing happens then there is no match to the name. Try the last name first. If that does not work then try the first name first. If you are not sure of the member name spelling, try looking up the member's record in LCR > Membership > Member List. If you find it that way then click on the Actions button just below the member's name and MRN. Then select the Move Record Out option.

Make sure they're actually a member of the ward and not a "out-of-unit-member", or someone who only appears on their parent's membership record.

After typing a few characters the persons full name should show in the popup box.
You then must use the mouse to select the person from the popup box.
If the person does not show up in the popup, then either you miss-typed the name or the person is not in your Ward.

If you attempt to type the full name without using the mouse to select, then nothing will happen after you press [Enter] and you won't be able to continue.
