Is the Patriarchal Blessing Submission system down?
A bishop is trying to access https://pb.lds.org/pbsubmit/#/home and is unable to access the site to submit a patriarchal blessing.
Our stake has been using the online system for over 2 years.
Is there a support team that I can contact?

Not on a Sunday. Odds are it will come back up later, either on it's own or when employees return to work on Monday, Utah time.teuscher wrote:Is there a support team that I can contact?

It's not unusual for systems to get slow on Sundays. That's it's busiest time.

Pretty much the only time many of these systems are used. I wonder why they don't increase capacity on Sundays and then dial it back during the week. When systems go down, the leader's days get much longer for no reason.
