Sharing proposed ministering assignments

I may have missed this, but is there a way to share proposed ministering assignments between the EQ president, BIshop and EQ counselors? It would be nice for all to same the view as the EQ president.

I believe any one of you may go to the proposed assignments page and see what is there. I would image that it does not refresh in real time, but an elders quorum president could make proposed changes, his counselors could then view them, and when the presidency is through making proposed changes, the bishop could go to the page and approve or comment.
