"Send Message" didn't send

"Send Message" didn't send
I have been using Send Message successfully many months but this morning my newsletter failed to go out. I did receive a confirmation email that it had been sent, but so far, 5 hours later, it still hasn't appeared in my mailbox. Anyone else having this problem today?

Tried it again just now and it worked.... Hopefully it was a temporary bug as I rely on this application frequently.
