Correct or Reverse an Ordinance

How can I correct or reverse an ordinance that was incorrectly recorded in the LCR?

Which ordinance? Assuming it's a ward level ordinance (not a temple ordinance or a Melchizedek priesthood ordination), then you should be able to make corrections by finding the member's profile (using, for instance, the Member List), clicking on the Ordinance tab and then clicking the pencil icon to the right of the ordinance.

Thank you -- I got it.
The edit (pencil) icon was not showing for me. This time, I switched browsers, which gave me the edit icon.
