Access to Members Moved In report

It would be helpful for Relief Visiting Teaching Coordinators and Home Teaching Supervisor to have access to the Members Moved In report, in order to quickly identify new members to be visited.

There's no one here who makes those kinds of decisions. I'd suggest you use the feedback link in LCR to make that suggestion.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.

In the interim you could ask your ward clerk to email a PDF printout of the report each month, or as needed.

In our ward, we made the VT coordinator an assistant RS secretary so she could have access to that information....
