New Move -ins and HT

New Move -ins and HT
I've had several new move-in sisters (singles ward) whose names do not appear on the "unassigned households" HT list or the HT "households" list. They appear on the VT list, as unassigned. but not on the HT list? Brothers appear as a household on these lists but not sisters. Anyone know a fix?

Which HT list are you looking at? Unassigned non-Elders will end up on the HPG's unassigned list, not the Elder's unassigned.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Great, thanks. Never thought to look at the HPG list since we do not have a HPG in our YSA branch.
