Error when trying to issue a new limited-use temple recommend

#1

Post by eeatonlds »

Sunday, 4/9, 1:30 PM MT

I am attempting to issue and print new limited-use temple recommends for youth. On the user profile, after clicking the Issue button, the following message appears:

"Sorry, something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page, or try again later."

This has been the case for over an hour. This is not acceptable for a Sunday. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Is there a time frame for this issue being resolved?

Thanks.

Assuming that you are a leader authorized to print limited-use temple recommends, and if this is an urgent matter, your best approach is to contact the Global Service Center to see if there are problems they are able to resolve. Hopefully, they will be able to get it resolved before your temple opens on Tuesday, if your youth are going that soon.

If this is a website issue, it also may well be resolved first thing Monday when Church employees return to work. This has happened for many problems related to Church servers and databases that have appeared on the weekend.

Our stake was having problems activating recommends yesterday at well.
