I am a newly called Stake YM Secretary. How would I export a contact list of all Young Men Adult Leaders in the stake?

The list would include Bishop, Chartered Organization Representative, YM Ward Presidencies, Quorum Advisers, Asst Quorum Advisers, Scout Leaders, Scout Committee chair/members, and any Custom Positions (Duty to God Coordinator, Life to Eagle Coordinator).

I would like to export the following information for each position:
Name, Position, Sustained Date, Email, Mobile Phone, Home Phone

The best that I can find is the Callings by Organization list by Ward (not stake), which exports a PDF for Name, Position, and Sustained Date, but no contact info. Is there a list or screen that has this information that I am not seeing? Or is there another way to export this information?

In general, it would be nice if the Callings by Organization list could include contact information (maybe a check box to do that).

My personal motto is that information such as this becomes obsolete the moment it is printed. Such calling information is readily available in LDS Tools and in the directory on lds.org, where it is constantly updated. If I want to contact the YM president in a certain ward in my stake, it would be best to obtain contact information directly from the source, rather than a possibly, and very likely obsolete derivative document or file.

Only certain callings have access to the current information through LDS Tools or lds.org. In my country, the information in Directory is private by default and only few have made their information public. Yet there are people like the ward History Specialist, who might have a need to contact ward leadership, but has no chance to see their information. Then he will turn to the ward clerk who needs to choose the leaders one by one from the member list. Or if someone needs to contact all the YM presidents in the whole stake, the stake clerk has no easy way to produce a list with their contact information.

As Young Men's President, how do I contact all of the YM with a text (like LDS Tools) online? I'd also like to be able to contact their parents via text or email. Any way to do this?

I am also a Stake YM Secretary. It would be nice to be able to email all of the ward YM leaders from a single list. You can bring up a list of all ward YM leaders in LCR, but I don't see an option to email them.
