Change Elders Quorum Name in LCR

My ward currently has two Elders Quorums, which we refer to as East and West. However, in LCR they are listed as Elders Quorum and Elders Quorum 1, which is confusing. Is there a way to change this? I've looked, but can't find anything.

It looks like they don't allow the name to be changed for Elders Quorums. It is using the same popup that the primary classes uses, but without the name field.

The same for Relief Societies – there's no way to name split Relief Societies.

Hmm, and no way to at least change them to Elders Quorum 1 and Elders Quorum 2? The current names are an ongoing source of confusion in our ward councils, and have led to several members being assigned to the wrong quorum over the last few months.

I wonder if combining then splitting them would reset their names? I can't imagine that Elders Quorum and Elders Quorum 1 are the intended names. If combining then splitting doesn't work, I'd report it as a bug.
