Yes. But it does have a glitch. The green counter hits "100%" when not all the members have been declared. It seems the thing rounds up!

Seems that when a member in the household is undeclared they don't show up if the HoH is declared.

Mine is at 100%, and all member names show done, but no submit button. What next?

Fixed. There was a new member move in that was hiding and had not been declared. I found it by filtering by undeclared. Submit button showed up, and I clicked it and sent it to the Stake President.

There may be ONE member that doesn't show "done". You have to look it up, line by line, and the Submit button will appear. That happened to me too.
