Custom Calling Headings

We have a very small Young Women's program. Rather than have three separate class presidencies(Laurel, Mia Maid, and Beehives), we just have one class presidency. Can you add a new heading such as "class presidency" within the young women's organization? Otherwise I must put the president in as Mia maid president(since she is a Mia Maid) and a counselor in as a beehive counselor(since she is a beehive) etc.
