Last Sunday, I spent quite a bit of time syncing up callings within our ward's Primary organization, as we had found various discrepancies. However, after pulling up the reports again today, I found that many of those changes are gone (for example, in our Nursery positions). We've also had several other auxiliary presidencies mention that it seems callings have reverted to a previous state.

Are there any known issues that have occurred lately? Is there any ability to have an audit report of changes that have occurred within the ward's callings? Just trying to find out what might have happened.
