Creating a specific email group

I am the Sunday School President in my ward, and I want to create an email group including all the instructors in the ward (both in quorums and organizations). Is there a way to do that? I pick the emails one by one, but it would be easy to get them grouped so when instructors change the list is automatically updated.

No, it's not currently possible to make a contact list based on calling, that updates itself.

If you have a tablet or smart phone, you can easily create a list of instructors using the List feature on LDS Tools. You can then send an email to the list. I am a big fan of this feature and it works great! Easy to create a list and then add or delete names as needed.
