Our PEC is seeing errors in home teaching statistics. Specifically, the lists showing families who have not been home taught.

In the LCR online and in Tools, we show the same families on the list of people not taught. But, the month-specific stats are different.

E.g., a family on tools shows that they've been visited every month all year. On LCR, it shows them not visited for the last several months.

On both, this family appears on the not visited list.

Anyone know what's going on?

When did the family move in to the unit? One change in moving HT from MLS to LCR is that you now have access to the visit record from before they moved in. However, unless you edit it, you don't have "ownership" of that record - so I don't think it counts in your stats.

You may have encountered a bug in the way that's handled.

Long term family. Not a recent move in.
