Elders quorum assistant secretary home teaching access
Our assistant secretary in the elders quorum is unable to access LCR to view home teaching reports. He is already added online with a sustaining date and marked as set apart. Does anyone know how he can view and change the home teaching routes? Thank you.

How long has it been since the calling was recorded? It can sometimes take up to 24 hours before permissions are updated after a calling is entered.

There are a couple of things to check.
1-Like eblood66 said, make sure that it has been over 24 hours since you put him into LCR with the calling.
2-Make sure that it was entered as a standard calling and not a custom version of the calling with the same name.
3-Make sure that their LDS Account is their's and not a spouse's account. His membership number should be connected to his account.
