LCR Online Help showing all functions available

I'm a Stake Clerk and I get calls from Bishops and Ward Clerks asking how to do something in LCR or MLS. As a Stake Clerk there are many things I don't have access to do in both.
Is there a Chart or list of all available functionality in LCR so I could guide people through questions?
I've looked at the Access Table and that's a good start for many things, but applications aren't listed.
Some examples would be:
How do I update the Priesthood activity flag for the boundary alignment system?
How do I submit a Patriarchal Blessing Recommend? Is that in MLS or LCR?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
