I think being able to print and issue limited use recommends via the LCR is great, but the format in which it is offered leaves much to be desired. When needing to issue/print several recommends (e.g. for a youth temple trip) it's a significant waste of both ink and paper.

I recommend being able to issue/print several recommends at once (at least 4/page) in order to not waste resources.

I'm thinking this will cut down a bit on time, effort and resources needed for ward youth temple trips. We only have a few youth who maintain their own recommends. Most just end up on the group recommend for our ward trips.

Under the new issuance of these recommends via LCR, the instructions state no more group recommends. SO, once youth receive a recommend, they shouldn't need an interview every time the ward has a temple trip, which for us, is 3-4 times a year.
