Send Message enhancement?

Send Message enhancement?
I use Send a Message regularly so I was interested in this statement from the release notes of the upgraded LCR: "* Improved the Send a Message user interface." This is no big deal, but I can't see anything that has changed. It still works very well.. Just curious.
