Custom Callings

I understand that Custom Callings have no access what so ever. Is there a way to overcome this in any way? We called a Home Teaching Coordinator to help with our reporting, but it is a custom calling. We want him to have access to the Home Teaching, but it doesn't give it. We tried putting his name in as an Asst. Secretary, but it still gave him no access. Any possible way to overcome this?

How long did you wait? Permissions take about a day or so to turn on.

If also suggest reading the Handbook on HT reporting. It's different from VT. It explains why HT coordinator isn't a standard calling.

Assistant Secretaries and Home Teaching District Supervisors are both standard callings and both have access to the HT data.

On a side note, it would be good to be able to grant permission to certain areas of LCR based on custom calling.

Note that district supervisors can only make changes in their own districts.

That's good to know! And works out nicely for our quorum as we're looking to call more district supervisors. A coordinator would be cool, but maybe in the future.
