When a youth has lost his active limited use recommend, how can I print another? I don't see that option.

First you need to change the status of the current one to "Lost or Stolen", then you will be able to issue a new one.

When you try to issue a new limited-use recommend, you will be asked if you want to cancel the current one.

Go to the member's profile
Click on the Active link under Temple Recommend (Limited-Use)
Click the Edit button in the popup
Change the recommend status
Click the Save button

I'm a new branch president trying to issue a limited use recommend for youth baptisms. When I try to submit the youth's name, the website says 'you are not authorized to perform this action'. Can you guide on why it is showing that I'm not authorized?

That's odd. It looks like you were recorded this past Sunday. That should have been enough time for the rights to sync up.

Is it just this youth or all youths? I'm wondering if there's something going on with this youth's records. Perhaps he/she is a out-of-unit member.

This is for all youth. I've tried with 2-3 different youth. We have youth conference coming up next weekend, so I have a weekend full of interviews I'm trying to get pinned down. Thanks for your help!
