Elders Visits Showing as 0/0

Elders Visits Totals is showing as 0/0 when the previous month was showing 36 potential visits. Did we do something wrong?
We have 6 assigned companionships to 14 households.

We have had the same thing for the past couple of months. For us it was due to the creation of our new ward. This month we are getting the correct reports. If you are in the same situation (new ward), just wait a month or two and it will work itself out.

Thank you for the response @pbhanney.
We recently reorganized our high priests group and elders quorum home teaching companionships. Now the stat is showing 0/0 for Elders Visits. If we enter a family/individual visited, it will change to 1/0 or 2/0. We'll keep on visiting and wait a month or two and see how it goes.
