Charge for Missionary Who Didn't Go
We had a sister missionary who opted out of going on her mission. She never entered the MTC, but her account was charged $400. Is there a way for the Church to zero out the account or does it have to be reconciled locally?

Call the missionary department on Monday. See what they say. For you to zero it would would take funds that would have to come from somewhere. The ward is not able to cancel or reverse the charge.
