If you want to discuss an issue with the community, you can start a new topic here in the forum (I split your post out from the Feedback topic, since you are making a different suggestion).
If you want your suggestion to get to the decision makers, use the Feedback link at the bottom of each page of Leader and Clerk Resources.

As for your suggestion, I would note that there are no financial features available on LCR at this point. Although we've been told that financial features are in the works, they are still quite some time into the future. Until finances become part of LCR, your specific suggestion will be not be possible.
