When submitting a recommend for an out-of-unit patriarch, the stake president is unable to give approval without selecting a patriarch, and unable to select a patriarch without knowing his MRN. How should the stake president obtain the MRN?
(We are a YSA stake with boundaries overlapping 23 conventional stakes, and our policy is to refer YSAs to the patriarchs of their home stakes.)

You'll either need to contact the patriarch or the stake for the MRN.
