I moved out a family's records to a new ward yesterday and was surprised that after the USPS address suggestion screen that I did not get a suggested ward for the address. All I got was a blank area where I could type in the ward's number. I used LDS Maps, which was able to tell me the correct ward, and then entered that ward's number or name in the text box, and that worked for moving the records.
I've never seen the system not suggest a new ward (if not several). Why would the suggested ward be missing?

Re: USA: No suggested ward for moving out records
I don't know but we had the same experience last Sunday moving a student to their college address. Maybe a service was down? We already had the correct YSA ward from the parent so we didn't look it up in Maps. So I don't know whether it was able to geocode the student's address.
