Reporting Visiting Teaching on lds.org

Hello,
I'm a relief society secretary. I entered all the visiting teaching information on lds.org, checking the boxes for those sisters who were visited. The boxes are still checked when I go into the companionship tab, but the list of percentages on the overview page says we had 0% visiting teaching for last month and every month this year. When I click on "View Totals" on the overview page, it shows plenty of nonsensical numbers in the visiting teaching fields (such as 19 sisters taught out of 0). We have 2 relief societies in our ward (it's a student YSA ward), but their information appears normal. It's only ours that's messed up.
Do you have any idea how I can fix this? Help is much appreciated.
