accessing two wards information.

I have a stake calling as a Public Communications Committee member and have been assigned to watch over two wards. One is my own ward, so no problem there, but I cannot access information on the other ward.
Is this possible please?

Define "watch over". All members should have basic access via the directory to leaders and adults in all wards in the stake. (As long as said member has their privacy set to "Stake".) However, this is a bigger issue in places with strict privacy rights such as the UK where everyone is "leaders only" by default.
