Phone numbers

Phone numbers are a pain. MANY people no longer have a Household Phone. If you leave that field blank, no phone prints out on the simplest Ward Directory from LDS.ORG. You have to specify" individual details" and then the directory becomes 20 pages long. How do others handle phone numbers? Do you put the HOH cell number in the Household Phone slot? Can the simple directory be set up to print the HOH phone number on the directory instead of the Household Phone if there is no Household Phone?

That's not going to work too well for anyone using the list to try and contact the spouse. It would be better if the Household Phone was missing to list the HOH and Spouse phone number.

Do you put the HOH cell number in the Household Phone slot?

We would put one of the two numbers in the Household slot based on the families preference. Some families wanted to use the husband's, some the wife's.
