Temple Recommend Reports

I'm a Ward Exec Sec and as such have always had access to Ward Temple Recommend status. I send out reminders when recommends are about to expire.
Today I went into LCR>reports and could not find the Temple Recommend report. I checked the access table to be sure my access had not been changed, which it had not.
Where do I find this report?
