Visiting Teaching reports

The new statistical report for visiting teaching does not have the total contacts for the month like the old report did, just the %. (Twice). For the monthly report we need only the total # of contacts not the %. Can that be changed? Also the list of sisters and total of "sisters not contacted" is incomplete - it doesn't list all of the sisters not contacted for the month. If someone used that number it could cause incorrect totals in the monthly and quarterly reports. I'm really not sure where to report this so I hope these concerns can be addressed. Thanks so much

Report this using the feedback link at the bottom of the LCR page.

In a previous topic "Visiting Teaching Report Leaving off some Sis Not Contac", we have been told by a church employee that the sisters not contacted list is actually sisters not contacted in the previous three months. If they were visited at least once in those three months, they won't be on the list.

Have you tried clicking the "View Totals" button above the top right corner of the percentage list?

The "sisters not contacted" list shows the last three months. You can use the Households tab to see who hasn't been contacted in a given number of months. Switch to the households tab and click on the "Households Not Visited" or "Sisters Not Contacted" check box. A slider appears that lets you adjust the number of months.
