Out of Unit Callings

Our ward combines YM/YW, Primary with a Spanish ward. LCR 3.0 gives a error message when I attempt to enter a "out of unit" member that all ready has been entered as a "out of unit" of the Spanish ward.
Here's what I am doing. The Spanish ward and my ward have a calling for YM Counselor who's home ward is neither of our two wards, but is in the Stake. I think the problem is that currently LCR 3.0 does not allow the same person with a calling to be eligible for "out of unit" in more than one ward. Any suggestions?
