I am not confusing that whatsoever, I am pointing it out and saying that the default doesn't work in a short handed branch and there should be a wokaround for the EQP under these conditions.

It's a known issue and being looked at. When I say "being looked at", it's not a developer decision. That's a Priesthood decision. And they can sometimes take awhile.
