RS VT Coordinator can't see VT info

My RS president is reporting that her new VT Coordinator cannot see the VT info. I have verified that the coordinator is listed in her calling as "Relief Society Visiting Teaching Coordinator" and it is not a custom calling. The VT supervisors, on the other hand, *can* see the info. Seems like the coordinator should be able to see it (and update) as well.

I'm guessing the Coordinator was just called this past Sunday. I'd wait a day or two after the calling is recorded before getting worried about it. The various systems need time to sync up the rights.
Also, make sure this sister is using her own account and not her husband's.
Failing that, have her sit down with you at a computer and show you the problem. She may not be clicking in the right place.
