I am a ward clerk. The RS president in our ward can log in to LCR and see her org. Can modify callings. However, when she clicks on Visiting Teaching at the top, then Companionships - nothing comes up. When I do those same steps I can see all companionships and can modify them.
Is this some system privileges problem? Thank you.

Only privilege problem would be if she's using her husband's account. But unless he's the Executive Secretary, I don't think she'd get that far.
There's been some problems with the HT/VT system today. So it may just be a bad timing issue.
