FT Missionaries show up in YSA action and interview list

We are seeing the Full Time Missionaries who have left from our ward in the action and interview list. Any way to remove them from that list? They do not show up in HT and VT reports.

They are still members of your ward (and as such will appear on all reports and lists). They will appear in the YSA interview list, but you can simply check them off as presumably the mission president interviews them much more than once a year.
