LDS.org Header Disappears on LCR

Has anyone else noticed that, mostly occurring on Sundays, the header for LDS.org disappears when using LCR? It doesn't always occur but I have been able to reproduce the problem on multiple browsers.

Is this at home or at church? The reason I ask is that the forum header is different on the church network than anywhere else.

It happens at both home and church.

The header I see is dependent on the browser I am using and does not change when I change networks, as long as I am using the same type of browser.

Parts of LDS.org header missing. The first and last titles on the bar are gone. How do I get them back.
