The new report Record Keeping Status will help on the stake level to see which units might be having "reporting" difficulties. This will be a big help. I only wish the history of submission dates included a longer time-frame. If I could see a certain unit has been late in their submissions for the last four quarters on the quarterly report, for example, or that certain units are often late, it would help us target our training! I know I could print and save this each quarter, and I could also manually call up the reports to check the submission dates over the past year to accomplish this.

New or Enhanced Functionality

A new report titled Record Keeping Status is now available to members of stake presidencies, bishoprics, and ward and stake clerks and executive secretaries. It shows the submission status of the most recent Quarterly Report, the Annual Tithing and Donation Status Report, and the annual Membership Audit. Specific details are also provided for the following Membership Audit exceptions:

• Individuals missing a Melchizedek Priesthood ordination
  Individuals missing baptism or confirmation information
  Individuals missing marriage information

We are having issues with our Record Keeping Status Report. For all of our single members, it is listing that they do not have their (nonexistent) marriage information recorded. Second, for all of the Elders in our ward, it is listing that they are missing their (also nonexistent) ordination to be a High Priest. I checked with our stake clerk and he said our ward was the only one in the stake with this issue. While it would be ideal to marry everyone off, make them a high priest, and translate them, it's probably sufficient for now to keep accurate records - which this report is not helping us to do. Anyone know how to fix this?

Unless someone has run into this before, I'd suggest calling Local Unit Support and explain the problem. They may have to open a ticket for the developers to look at it.
