It may get put on a meeting agenda, but it's questionable if the meeting will work it's way to that item. The meeting has a time limit and the agenda is frequently longer than the available time, and there are many other pressing matters to deal with. So it sits on the weekly agenda until it finally floats to the top. Even employees have no idea how many weeks it will take to get there. It all depends on how much time is spend discussing the items before it.
IOW, you could get an answer next week or four months from now. At least that was my experience quite some years ago on another matter (approval of the original LUWS). But I'm guessing the process hasn't changed much.
