"X years ago": German translation

Hello,

when looking at a members profile who has moved in it says in the german translation:
"2 Jahre vorher"

This isn't a good german translation. Better would be something like:

"vor 1 Jahr" [Singular]
"vor 2 Jahren" [Plural]
or
"vor X Jahr(en)" [both]

sry, I didn't know that. I thought because it's on the website it might be the correct spot here.
I gave feedback a couple of minutes ago, so it should be distributed/forwarded to the correct people.
