New Individuals Requesting Employment Help Report

I noticed in the release notes for LCR 2.8 that a new Individuals Requesting Employment Help report is slated for release on 28FEB2015.
The release notes list callings at the Stake and Ward level that will have access to this report, but noticeably absent is the calling of Ward Employment Specialist. Will that role be added as having access to the report? I feel that would be very helpful.
