Error Message on destination unit screen contains no informa

I am trying to send out an 18 year old male to a student branch. When I get to the choose destination unit screen, I have the correct unit suggested in the combo box, but there is no actual error message. I have tried this on Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome and I still don't get the error, just this:

"Please Correct Errors Below" in a red box but the rest is blank.

I have the same problem. Also posted about this and have yet to receive an answer. This only happens for me when a YSA ward is one of the options. In other words, if I'm transferring records, and there is only one ward to choose from, the record goes through. But when there are multiple options, when there is a YSA ward, no dice. Error message. Frustrating.
