Quarterly Report Help Restricted

I cannot access this page:

I am the stake clerk and the stake technology specialist
Yes, my callings are entered in correctly.
I have accessed this page before, but now it says:
"The content on this page is restricted to certain roles. LDS Account sign-in is required."
Yes, I am logged in.
Could it be that its authenticating against my STS calling and not my Stake Clerk calling?

As a mere counselor and also an STS, I cannot get in. So that may be exactly what is happening.

I see the same message as a branch clerk. I don't think it is a user end issue. The issue is on the Church's end.

It's the same link to the Quarterly Report RKATS article that has always worked. It's also the same link that appears on the Quarterly Report on LCR on the "more..." link in the blue information box at the top of the report.
So I really think the link is correct. But there seems to be something wrong with the permissions on the help page. Since the problem was initially reported, I have not heard of anyone being able to access that particular article without getting the permissions error, regardless of their calling.

I don't have enough information to answer that. Everyone who identified their callings in this topic and the other one have more than one calling.
However, people with dual callings were able to see the article just fine until recently. So something has changed.

The permissions seem to have been fixed -- I can see the Quarterly Report article once again.
