The lists that I used to get from clicking on the numbers were for the
14 Melchizedek Priesthood holders attending priesthood or Primary meetings
15 Prospective elders attending priesthood meetings
16 Women attending Relief Society, Young Women, or Primary meetings
17 Young single adults attending priesthood or Relief Society meetings
18 Young men attending priesthood meetings
19 Young women attending Sunday Young Women meetings
21 Children ages 3 through 11 years (as of 1 January) attending Primary
To clarify, I used to click on the numbers in the "Potential" column as that is what I would have the secretaries bounce their attendance numbers off of to avoid any issues with members that may have moved classes due to birthdays during the quarter or the last month. For the last quarterly report for the 2nd quarter I swear I had clicked on that number in the potential column and it brought up the names that made up the total pool of potential attendees.
The hyperlinks in the category 1-6 still work but I don't need those since they are auto populated in the LCR quarterly report. I am the ward clerk so if it based on calling that the links should work for me. Again maybe I was dreaming when I completed the second quarter report that the links worked for the second half of the report (14-21).
This functionality used to work in the old MLS format for the quarterly report but was removed when the new format was implemented this year and it was a nice baseline to have and avoid any questions as to why the numbers of potential attendees don't match the rolls.

I concur with cougar4. The last Quaterly Report gave you the members in the requested questions, just like MLS used to do. This 3rd Quarterly Report seems to have lost that facility.

Oh, I see now.
It appears random which ones I can click. Most I can't, but a few I can.

I can click on the blue number in the Potential column and get the list of members from which the number is based for all the line items listed in your post (14-19, & 21). My calling is branch clerk (out of unit member).

I just tried it again and it is working now - it was definitely not working yesterday, last night and early this morning. Must be a bug in the system. Thanks for all the responses and help.
