Requesting Records Fails at Final Action

I attempted to request a Membership Record today, but it failed at the final hurdle.

The error (highlighted in red), the State or Province box. With the words (in red) "Incorrect address" underneath. This might be a specific UK problem, because we don't have those parameters in our addresses.

I did try and log out, clear the browser cache etc., before calling the GSC who were able to make the transfer for me. They have logged the problem to see if it this was an isolated case and will monitor it, to see if others are having the same problem.

I have used this method on many occasions in the past without problem. I'm just wondering if this is something that crept in to the system after last weeks update to 2.7, as this is my first request since that update, or just me having finger trouble! Anyone else have a problem?
